Brian Chang recently graduated with an LL.M. in International & Comparative Law, with highest honors, from The George Washington University Law School, where he was also a Thomas Buergenthal scholar. He previously completed a BA in Jurisprudence at the University of Oxford, where he specialized in international and human rights law.
