Organised by the International Food & Agricultural Trade Policy Council (IPC) and ICTSD, this meeting aimed to present and receive comments on three papers that have been prepared for the IPC by the International Agricultural Trade Research Consortium on domestic support, market access and export competition. The papers analyze the July Framework and offer options on modalities for each of the pillars. Also to be presented and discussed was IPC's assessment on the implications of the analysis for negotiators and the negotiations.
