This seminar will bring together representatives from the private sector - from both developed and developing country markets - who have an interest in facilitating labour mobility, trade negotiators, regulators, decision-makers and their advisers from North America and Europe as well as representatives from international organizations working on this issue, with a view to fostering better understanding of the issues and the concerns of the demandeurs on each side of the fence.

The purpose of the seminar is to analyze the importance of trade in services for both industrial and developing countries and discuss policy solutions that would facilitate the temporary movement of service providers to foreign markets.
