AND DEVELOPMENT STATES. By the UN Centre for Trade and Development
(UNCTAD), 26 September 2007. The objective of this year's report
is to examine the potential of African countries to increase their

BANK GOVERNANCE STRUCTURES. By South Centre, October 2007. This
Analytical Note discusses potential governance reforms in the World
Bank's governance structures, with an understanding that some reforms
become more or less imperative depending on the direction of the
discussions around the long-term strategic direction of the Bank.
It concludes that reforms in the governance structures of the World
Bank and other global governance institutions are needed if they
are to be better able to reflect and respond to the development
needs and priorities of developing countries. Internet: http://www.southcentre.org/publications/AnalyticalNotes/GlobalEconomicGov/2007Sep_Reform_of_World_Bank_governance_structures.pdf
