Adrian Whiteman is Chief Statistician at the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He was formerly Head of Economics and Statistics in the Forestry Department of the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO). He holds a BA in economics from the University of Leicester and a PhD in economics from the University of Edinburgh.
