Dr. Amadou TALL, Senegalese and veterinarian specialist in fish and fishery products, bilingual both in French and English; with 33 years of experience in the field of post harvest fisheries. Former FAO staff (1990-1995) and first Director of the Intergovernmental Organization on Fish Advisory and Cooperation Services for Fish Trade in Africa (INFOPÊCHE) from 1995-2008; which serviced 30 coastal African Countries (from Morocco to Mozambique).

As a freelance consultant, he has been involved in project preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation and project completion reports; feasibility and marketing studies; trade facilitation; e-commerce; value chain & R&D in value addition and preparation of business plans. He has also provided technical assistance to countries and the Fish industry (industrial and artisanal) fisheries in the field of trainings on climate change resilience of small fishfolks (UNIDO program), handling, processing, quality, traceability, labeling, ecolabelling, climate change-adaptation and resilience, WTO agreements and trade.
