Responsible for negotiating bilateral investment treaties and different chapters of several free trade agreements, including serving as lead trade and environment negotiator at the Trans Pacific Partnership negotiations, and has formally represented Chile before the OECD, WTO, APEC and several UN bodies on trade, investment and environment.
