Eduardo Vélez

Biologist, Independent Consultant

Eduardo Vélez is a biologist and an independent consultant who has been working on Access and Benefit Sharing since 2003. He was Executive Secretary of the Genetic Heritage Management Council at the Ministry of Environment, Brazil (2003-2007). Currently is carrying out his PhD studies in Ecology at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).
