Jacqueline Andall is an Associate Professor at the University of Tokyo. She was formerly Senior Lecturer in Italian Studies at the University of Bath, UK, and a  Research Fellow at the Global Migration Centre of the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She works on comparative immigration issues with a particular focus on labour migration, ethnicity, and gender.
