Lily Sommer

Trade Policy Fellow, ECA

Lily Sommer is a Trade Policy Fellow at the African Trade Policy Centre at the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Prior to joining ECA, Ms. Sommer spent three years working as a Senior Economist in the Macroeconomic Policy Department at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development in Kampala, Uganda. Ms. Sommer holds a BA Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MSc Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
