Matheus Cavallari

Matheus Cavallari is a Consultant for the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Network at the World Bank Group. Previously, he was partner of one of the pioneer hedge funds in Brazil, Claritas Investments, where he worked as chief economist, macro strategist and portfolio manager. In 2008, he was a member of the Portfolio Management Committee at ANBIMA - Brazilian Financial and Capital Markets Association.  He holds a Masters degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidade Catolica of Rio de Janeiro, where he specialized in optimal fiscal and monetary policies.
