Ramón Peréz Minaya

President, Fundacion Plenitud

Ramón Peréz Minaya is President of the Fundacion Plenitud, he is an Economist with MBA from the University of Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He has been a university professor for many years, both at the University of Rio Piedras, as in the Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), where he was Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. He taught at the University INTEC, in Santo Domingo, where he was for many years a member of its Board of Regents. He was also executive director of the Project for the Modernization of INTEC University. She served on the Board of several institutions, companies and banks. He published the book "The development and neoliberal option". He has extensive experience in research and consulting, having been financial advisor to numerous private organizations, including health sector entities and international organizations like the United Nations Program for Development (UNDP). In his long career, he has held important positions in the civil service, particularly in the Dominican Center for Export Promotion (CEDOPEX), the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic, where he was initially Director of Economic Studies Advisor to the Governor, directed the National Planning Office and was Technical Secretary of the Presidency.
