Sekou F. Doumbouya is a Trade Economist and ILEAP Programme Officer, based in Conakry. In 2009, for ten months, he was also a member of the Cabinet of the Guinea Republic President, as First Economic and Finacial Advisor. He has taken part in several researches - from different positions - related to social and economic development and economic politics, his main specialities concern commerce of services, negotiations, development, international development, public policy.
